Utibe Ekanem serves as the Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) Officer at Clement Isong Foundation, where he oversees the design and implementation of systems that track program performance and measure impact. He supports the development of monitoring frameworks, data collection tools, and reporting structures that ensure projects are aligned with set objectives and deliver measurable outcomes.
In his role, he coordinates data gathering, analysis, and documentation to provide timely and accurate insights for decision-making. He works closely with program teams to strengthen result-based management practices, ensure compliance with donor requirements, and maintain accountability standards across all interventions.
