Clement Isong Foundation (CIF) is a Youth-Led and Youth Focused non-governmental, non-profit organization established in May 2006 to deliver Governance, Policy & Democratic Advocacy, Economic Research and Development, Access to Innovation & Education, and Human Capacity Development while preserving and perpetuating the legacies of Chief (Dr.) Clement Isong, CFR.

Our Mission

CIF works towards strengthening governance systems, socio-economic wellbeing, and human capital development in Nigeria and Africa through research, strategic public policy interventions and collaborations.

To be a frontline organization providing public policy interventions, socio-economic research and innovative solutions to children, youth, women, communities and institutions towards promoting an ideal, inclusive and sustainable society.

Years of Journey

Clement Isong Foundation (CIF) was set up to immortalize the name, virtues, and legacy of late Chief (Dr.) Clement Nyong Isong, CFR (1920-2000). He was a world-renown, frontline nationalist, expert economist, a seasoned banker, and an Elder statesman. Since its establishment in May 2006, the Foundation has been forging creative collaborations and partnerships with NGOs, governments, corporations, and individuals to drive faster and better socio-economic research and policy solutions towards facilitating inclusive and sustainable development. We are focused on delivering: Economic Research & Innovation; Policy and Governance Reforms, Education, and Institutional Capacity Strengthening for Societies.
