Clement Isong Foundation (CIF) is a Youth-Led and Youth Focused non-governmental, non-profit organization established in May 2006 to deliver Governance, Policy & Democratic Advocacy, Economic Research and Development, Access to Innovation & Education, and Human Capacity Development while preserving and perpetuating the legacies of Chief (Dr.) Clement Isong, CFR.
one of the founding Governors of the Central Bank of Nigeria (1967 -1975), and the first civilian Governor of the erstwhile Cross River State (1979-1983).
