Eligibility Criteria 

• Minimum Qualification: OND in Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, Business  Management, or related fields (HND/Bachelor’s is an advantage). 
• Experience: 1-2 years in Youth Development, Community Engagement, Facilitation, Advocacy,  or Small-Business/Enterprise Support. 

Key Responsibilities 

1. Enterprise Centre Management (Core Function) 

• Lead the transformation of the hub into a functional enterprise center. 
• Manage day-to-day business operations and ensure financial sustainability. 
• Support youth and community members in developing micro-enterprises, green businesses,  and income-generating initiatives. 
• Oversee product development, sales, customer relations, and business reporting.
• Maintain partnerships that strengthen enterprise activities within the hub. 

2. Program Coordination & Youth Development 

• Plan and coordinate youth-focused trainings, events, and community outreach. 
• Facilitate sessions on climate justice, leadership, and skills development. 
• Engage, mentor, and support young people accessing the hub. 

3. Community & Stakeholder Engagement 

• Build relationships with local leaders, youth groups, students groups, library users and  partners. 
• Represent the hub at community meetings, forums, and project activities.

4. Hub Administration & Reporting 

• Maintain records of both enterprise and youth programs. 
• Conduct routine inventory management and maintenance of hub assets. 
• Provide monthly reports on programme and commercial activities, performance, and impact, ensuring the hub is accessible, organised, fully functional and secured within operational hours. 

5. Communications & Digital Engagement 

• Promote hub and enterprise activities through social media. 
• Contribute to digital content, newsletters, and awareness materials. 

Skills and Competencies Required 

• Basic knowledge of climate justice and youth leadership. 
• Experience supporting events, trainings, or small-business operations. 
• Strong communication, teamwork and conflict management skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media tools. 

Other Requirements 

• Must be based in Ibeno or willing to relocate there. 
• Fluency in English and at least the local language spoken in Ibeno.
