Elkanah Oluyori
Director
As a seasoned development practitioner with over a decade of dedicated service, I leverage my expertise in organizational and human capacity development to drive sustainable impact. My contributions span multiple sectors, including education, economic diversification, youth and community development, public health, governance, gender, climate adaptation, poverty reduction, and global animal advocacy.
I have made significant contributions to various fields, including animal welfare, peacebuilding, and democratic governance. Through my work with Animal Advocacy Careers, I have played a key role in reducing animal suffering and promoting ethical treatment. Additionally, I have deepened sustainable peace and development in West Africa through my collaborations with the West Africa Network on Peacebuilding and the Satyagraha Institute of Peace, USA. Furthermore, I have advanced democratic governance, human rights, and freedom through youth development initiatives at the Clement Isong Foundation.
With a comprehensive skill set, I break the cycle of poverty through human capacity development, market systems, value chain development, project management, policy development, career advisory, advocacy, research, legislative analysis, coalition-building, and peacebuilding.
Notably, I have authored several books on national development, business, relationship peace, and family building, including 'Partner of My Dream', 'War against Unemployment', a guide to economic empowerment, 'Don't Hide Your Face', and 'Citizenshift'. My international experience includes collaborations with esteemed organizations such as USAID, UNDP, EU, and CDC. Additionally, I completed the AI Safety Governance Course with Bluedot Impact, gaining expertise in AI fundamentals, risks, standards, and policy approaches.
My skills include AI governance, AI safety, policy analysis, project design, research, program delivery management, advocacy, career management, and data management. With a commitment to excellence and a holistic perspective, I am dedicated to collaborating on impactful projects that align with my values. As a staunch advocate for animal welfare and responsible AI adoption, I bring a unique perspective to addressing global challenges.
Caroline Gordian
Project Manager
As a Project Manager of Clement Isong Foundation, Caroline Gordian develops detailed project plans, ensures resource availability and allocation and ensures timely delivery of project within approved budget and scope. She coordinates internal resources and third parties/vendors relation for the flawless execution of projects, uses appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs, while creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation and learnings.
Originally trained as a Biology Educator in Nigeria, Caroline Gordian gained extensive experience in the governance sector with over nine years of experience managing projects. She has experience working with UNDP, USAID, UNICEF, NED, EU, ACTIONAID, FORD FOUNDATION, NDI, and DANIDA funded programs and projects among others.
Caroline is a smart, proactive, focused and highly intelligent young lady with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. She is a zenith Community Mobilizer, Community Organizer and a seasoned researcher who has served as an enumerator for Yiaga Africa and Action Aid Nigeria etc.
Caroline Gordian worked as a Program Officer of Anti-Corruption and Transparency Support Initiative and was directly involved in corporate communication (external) with donors, clients, consultants and project beneficiaries.
Caroline Gordian has a Ph.D in Biology Education and has been a teacher in several schools; grooming the younger generation.
Wonderfullove Pius
Human Resource
Wonderfullove Pius is a highly skilled and motivated professional with a diverse background in finance, administration, research analysis, and human resource management. With a strong work ethic and a passion for personal and professional growth, she has made significant contributions in her role as the Human Resource Assistant at Clement Isong Foundation, located in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State.
With her experience as an Accountant, Administrator, and Research Analyst, Wonderfullove brings a well-rounded skill set to her position. Her data-driven approach, combined with excellent managerial and communication skills, has allowed her to effectively assist and fulfill the staffing needs of the organization.
In addition to her role at the foundation, Wonderfullove Pius is also a Lecturer at a Polytechnique, specializing in courses under Accounting and Business Administration/Management. As a Lecturer, she engages in extensive research work, analyzes data, and provides descriptive advice to students. Her dedication to education is further demonstrated through her role as a delegated Department Head, where she supervises projects and contributes to the development of the department and the institution at large.
Wonderfullove Pius' educational background includes a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the esteemed University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. She has also earned a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration from Heritage Polytechnic in Eket, Akwa Ibom State. This combination of academic achievements provides her with a solid foundation in finance, HR and business management.
While finance and business management are her areas of expertise, Wonderfullove Pius' interests and enthusiasm extends to Human Resource Management, Administration, and International Relations and Development. She is constantly seeking opportunities to expand her knowledge and skills in these areas, demonstrating her commitment to professional growth and her desire to contribute meaningfully to her field.
